Warm-milk and resemblance to breast milk?

I had a thought today that the reason why people believe warm milk will help them sleep is because it is more similar to breast milk, which of course relaxes people as babies. But I wonder if there would be any sources for this... 74.105.253.119 (talk) 08:44, 7 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
