All the sources are pre-20th century, and the page for his ""son"", Ans[el]bertus, gives a different father. Maybe, perhaps just like Blithilde, he never existed. https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Faux_M%C3%A9rovingiens#Brunulphe also considers him as nonexistent. This is giving me Ternyllwg vibes.
