Hi @Chippla360, thanks for reviewing the draft. Can I ask, in your review comment you said there's no Independent reliable secondary source... Would you not consider the Times article (this one) to be both independent and reliable? There is also a source from The Northern Echo (here), and while this is a local newspaper, it has a High factuality rating from Media Bias/Fact Check. Reviews in Chortle and by Brian Logan, The Guardian's comedy reviewer, also tend to be good indicators of notability for comedian BLPs. Pineapple Storage (talk) 15:26, 22 June 2025 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for pointing out the issue with the Times link, it has been moved since I accessed it on 21 June; here is the new link (but the original archive link still works, so hopefully you had a look at that). I mean, The Times is a generally reliable source, and the article contains a lot of quotes because the author interviewed the subject... @Chippla360 Just to let you know, I've resubmitted the draft, as I disagree with the notability concerns you raised in your original review. Per Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Reviewing instructions#Rejecting submissions, if this article were already in mainspace, I don't think an AfD would end in 'Delete' (let alone be an uncontroversial delete), because even a cursory search for sources reveals plenty of independent WP:RS about the subject.
