Does V. "hinduiensis" exist?

I searched for a while to find where this species was first described but I cannot find a single reputable source for V. "hinduiensis". It's not listed in Pilgrim's description as listed in the article and is not cited by any future papers or listed in any databases. I've only found it being mentioned in various social media posts with no sources listed. Does this species exist at all or should it be removed from the article?
