The only source for this article is a book in the Telugu language. Does the article rate a class of start with no other sources? --DThomsen8 (talk) 14:36, 10 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Why not? There is nothing that states that an English-language source needs to be included in the article for it to be rated as "Start". In fact, "Start"-class is so low and catch-all a level that no source at all wouldn't matter either, as long as the article is developed to more than "Stub"-level. This article has a ton of problems, but it is a few steps beyond a mere "Stub". Constantine ✍ 15:23, 10 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
