There should be a mention Vegemite are typically eaten in small amounts (which goes a long way). You kinda have to because the sodium and artificial B vitamins is dangerous if you eat it too much. Tbh I don't think any Aussie eats it by large spoonfuls. We just like to amuse ourselves when we tell foreigners that's how it's eaten and watch them try. Hehe! But it creates misunderstanding. So suggest adding it's dangerous (high sodium and excessive B vitamins) to eat too much but generally not too much of a concern as Aussies tend to only consume small amounts of it as a thin spread.JaredMcKenzie (talk) 23:44, 13 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
@HiLo48 Still, I think it be a great idea to add it to the lead as well (since most people read and generally don't bother to read further). I went ahead and made those changes for these reasons.
