As can be seen at the moment, there is still some work that needs to be done on this article. The chief improvement needed at the moment is filling in the sections on demo 1 and 3. Additionally, nailing down the exact dates of the programs inception and conclusion would be great. Based on my research so far, it seems there was an evaluation of the program in 2007, so I would guess that had something to do with the end. As for the start, the previous reported date was 2002, but I was able to find sources from 2001 and 2000 referencing the program. Additionally, a report from 1990 regarding "videodisc instruction" did not mention the program, so right now the date seems to be between 1990 and 1999.
