Reform bill
[edit]It would be nice to give some specific examples here, especially of the claim that they supported the Reform Bill. Eldon, I'd always thought, was one of the main ultra-Tories, and he opposed it. Nor am I aware that the Duke of Cumberland supported it. john k 13:06, 1 November 2007 (UTC)
- Is that the 1832 bill though? All the best: Rich Farmbrough 16:56, 14 March 2025 (UTC).
Punctuation
[edit]Sack gives "Ultra tories". Why are we hyphenating? All the best: Rich Farmbrough 16:58, 14 March 2025 (UTC).
Support for the poor
[edit]In ODNB Sack says that the UTs supported unspecified (but perhaps I needed to read more) help for the poor. Can we have some more on this? All the best: Rich Farmbrough 16:58, 14 March 2025 (UTC).
