What I think should be changed (include citations):Missing information about the 2020 bond and 2024 library closure and reopening.

Why it should be changed: To have current information. Also it skips this information in the history. It goes from information in 2010 and jumps to 2025, but the information of 2020 and 2024 is missing.

What I think should be changed: Add that Troutdale Library received updates and refresh due to Library Capitol Bond in 2025 and reopened to the public.
Why it should be changed: This page includes old information and then jumps to how it is closed now. It is missing this piece of information.
