That year, the book "The Economy of the City-dweller in His Country House" was published in Venice by Vincenzo Tanara, a doctor. In his advice to new landowners he says one should consider digging a pond for breeding tench, perch and barbel. Toml2323 (talk) 18:52, 16 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
