- With the genus Ctenoptilum being re-classified as a subgenus of Tapena,[1] the genus is no longer monotypic. The article was therefore moved back to Tapena thwaitesi on 15 January, 2023. Loopy30 (talk) 04:04, 16 January 2023 (UTC)
