This is an important point and should be treated by someone with exact knowledge.

It looks very much as if it would imply support for the Steppe hypothesis of the origins of Indo-Europeans and Indo-European languages (which is why the people would be so closely related to Modern Europeans (rather than Pre-Indo-European Europeans).

I believe that to put North at the top, the map should be rotated 90° (so that the hillfort is on the lower right).

I have the impression that the graves are to be found in a region to the Northwest of the hillfort (perhaps under a parking place?).

The description of the graves is too brief and they should be renumbered to take account of the history of the excavations. it would be good if a call was sent out to someone who can do this. If I see no changes, I will make some on my own at some point in the future. One should not use Roman numberals, but use the Arabic numbers with a correspondng text (and perhaps additional map)Leser4000 (talk) 14:33, 25 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
