The green globe does not include Bir Tawil, and the globe of Egypt in its infobox does not highlight the Halaib Triangle. –LaundryPizza03 (d) 15:43, 20 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

This is accurate in both cases, neither claims Bir Tawil and Egypt controls the Halaib Triangle. CMD (talk) 15:50, 20 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

I request for all instances of "Northeast Africa" to be changed to "East Africa" please. ~2026-78627-2 (talk) 17:05, 4 February 2026 (UTC)Reply

Not done: Unfortunately these changes aren't made at the whims of individual editors. If the preponderance of reliable sources term it "Northeast Africa", that's what the Wikipedia article terms it. DrOrinScrivello (talk) 18:18, 4 February 2026 (UTC)Reply

@XICO, some of your recent edits added references to Lobban 1992 to the article – could you add the corresponding long-form reference to the article bibliography? Thanks, Wham2001 (talk) 21:03, 4 April 2026 (UTC)Reply

@Wham2001, thanks for the heads-up. The source is: Fluehr-Lobban, Carolyn; Lobban, Richard A.; Voll, John Obert (1992). Historical Dictionary of the Sudan (2nd ed.). Metuchen, N.J: Scarecrow Press. ISBN 978-0-8108-2547-5. XICO (talk) 07:25, 7 April 2026 (UTC)Reply
