Request for advise on editing this article

[edit]

Hello Everyone,

I have only just started editing wiki pages so I am looking for some advice and guidance

As far as I can tell this wiki page is solely biassed on one online blog cited in the updated "External links" section of the main page.

This blog makes heavy use of language that does not align with Wikipedia’s impartial language guidance, makes repeated assertions that either have no source or contradict other online sources and this has been included through out the wiki article. Examples include; "He was always proud to be Albanian", "and never forgot his native country, that beautiful and gorgeous nature where the warriors of freedom used to repose." and the assertion that the subject was born in 1861 when a majority of online sources, including the Polish and Albanian language wiki pages for the subject, give the year as 1876.

I do not speak Albanian so have been making best use of what information I can find online about the subject in English which seems to be very limited.

My questions is this, should the articular be rewritten to remove impartial language but leave the uncited claims in place or should they be removed altogether until until an appropriate source for them can be provided? HaphazardBinBag (talk) 16:38, 10 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
