Seems his surname is a combination of both parent, Ho-Choy, or a people with Choy given name. Matthew_hk t c 16:48, 23 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

His surname is his father's full name, i.e. "Ho Choy". "Ho" is the family name and "Choy" is his father's given name. --Clithering (talk) 17:40, 2 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
