The article would really benefit from an image of the radial probability distribution of a STO, especially in comparison to a GTO and a STO-3G composite. Kato's condition

I dont think STOs can meet Kato's condition. They do not have the right r dependence at r=0. i.e., compare $r^{n}$ Laguerre polynomials. Only the $r\to \infty$ behavior is satisfied with $r^{n}$ . Polilogaritmo — Preceding undated comment added 17:03, 25 September 2025 (UTC)Reply
