Raghav began her career working on international climate policy at the Adaptation Fund. She later joined Conservation International, where she led climate change initiatives across international conservation programs and worked on issues including natural climate solutions, climate mitigation, and carbon measurement. She participated in negotiations surrounding the Paris Agreement on behalf of the Maldives.
