Disasters in 1990 =

[edit]I just added a remark about how the disaster affected South Korean politics. Someone might argue that it's rather tangential and doesn't really belong to the scope of this article.
Well... I think I have to agree. I think we need an article that says... umm... "Man-made Disasters of 1990's South Korea," however ridiculous that may sound to non-Koreans at first sight. (There were so many, we were referring to our country as "The Kingdom of Accident.")
