As Juan Samuel Escobar Aguirre's current page title is only Samuel Escobar, I believe it may be best if we change the title for clarification to his full name. As it currently stands, I worry the title may confuse readers, the last name Escobar does carry certain implications to Pablo Escobar. ToxicCatnip (talk) 23:15, 8 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
While I understand your concern, I think it would be best if we left the article title as is. Many news sources refer to Escobar as simply "Samuel Escobar" and Wikipedia policy tells us that Wikipedia does not necessarily use the subject's official name as an article title; it generally prefers the name that is most commonly used. Additionally, there are many people with the surname Escobar, not just the infamous drug lord. ❤HistoryTheorist❤02:22, 9 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
