Dear Mr/Ms Hillman and colleagues,
your interesting article "Raychaudhuri Equation" mentions Landau as another author of the equation. I would highly appreciate your providing a reference to the publication by Academician Landau.
Thanks in advance! Ildus,

[edit]I created the original version of this article and had been monitoring it, but I am leaving the WP and am now abandoning this article to its fate.
Just wanted to provide notice that I am only responsible (in part) for the last version I edited; see User:Hillman/Archive. I emphatically do not vouch for anything you might see in more recent versions, although I hope for the best.
Good luck in your search for information, regardless!---CH 03:16, 1 July 2006 (UTC)
Fundamental result?
[edit]This is a very important result but I disagree with the claim that it is fundamental. Why? Because the term 'fundamental result' is a contradiction. 'Fundamental' means being at the bottom upon which everything else is built, i.e. in mathematics, one of the relevant set of axioms. A 'result' is something derived from these axioms i.e. it is not fundamental. ~2026-39715-15 (talk) 13:14, 13 July 2026 (UTC)
