I have recently completed a one year study of some work done by Hartley and others of his associates on the bell laboratories staff having to do with parametric phenomena. This is not covered in the wikipedia entry on Hartley, and there appear to be no entries for any of his associates who worked on the topic between 1917 and 1960. Would you be interested in my adding this obscure piece of history to the already existing biography?
