Ten or eleven?

The Pontifical Ecclesiastical Academy is included in the list of Pontifical Academies on the Vatican website and its name includes the words "Pontifical" and "Academy" so I'm confused by the claim that it's not a pontifical academy. Rosekelleher (talk) 14:56, 13 December 2015 (UTC)

Here the saying "What's in a name?" might apply. Unlike the other "Academies" on the list which are founded to promote fields of knowledge, the Ecclesiastical "Academy" is simply that, a school for diplomats. Seen in that light, the distinction is clear.Jzsj (talk) 03:09, 5 February 2016 (UTC)
