Addition of historical content to article
[edit]Hello! In hopes of aiding this article in moving from Stub classification, as well as contributing to WikiPorject Fashion (as noted above), I have added historical detail pertaining to the pelerine as a prominent feature of fashionable women's dress in the west, namely focusing on the 19th century.
