Powered prototype

I've seen a video online of a powered test flight of a scale model mehve. I don't know if it was one built by the Open Sky Project. This may be it. http://www.petworks.co.jp/~hachiya/movie/moewe1_2test02.mov

Is this the same project? If so they now have reached the stage of full scale powered flight tests.
