Is This Tram or Light Rail?

Is this a tram system, i.e. with sections of street-running? Or is it light rail, i.e. operating in its own right of way, without street-running? The article currently is unclear on the subject. --IJBall (contribs • talk) 21:24, 28 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
