"Norman tart is a shortcrust pastry-based (pâte brisée) variant.... The key difference from other similar tartes is that other egg-custard tarts .... tend to be made with a short crust pastry)." So, the other ones are Shortening crust, and this one isn't? Or this one is, and the others are not? We need a baker, please. ThomasHarrisGrantsPass (talk) 17:58, 13 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
