Plastic Surgery

It seems to me like Nancy Agram (Egyptian pronunciation:) looks different every time I see her, and that her nose and her cheeks just...aren't right. To the best of anyone's knowledge, has she had any plastic surgery done? In what way is she a businesswoman?
