The mere fact that Apamea Myrlea is now near (but separate from) modern Mudanya is no basis to merge the two; there is no evidence of continuity of history, inhabitants, culture, or anything showing that Mudanya is in any way a continuation of Apamea. Carlossuarez46 22:21, 21 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

I removed a very long quote from a 1922 war report, which I think does not fit in this article, at least not without major editing/summarising. You can find the removed part in this old version. Maybe it would fit in the Great Offensive article. Markussep ^Talk 06:53, 3 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
