Reference 51 incorrect for historicity of the Mahabharata

The article says John Keay confirms the Bharata battle to around 950 BCE and then proceeds to link his book India: A History as a reference. This is incorrect. In India, a history, John Keay says there is not enough information to confirm or deny if the battle took place and we therefore cannot place it. Furthermore, he goes on to state that the key lesson is to look at economic and geographical aspects of the story more than the actual story.

Reference 82 has broken link of the Mahabharata

although it has been archived to the old one, but as i can see the old one landing page also have some kind of error. I researched some books on that particular website to find the same book and got to know that the original book page have shorter url without extra referral IDs. Typo

There is a typo in: The Mahābhārata is one the longest epic poems known. Its longest version consists of over 100,000 shlokas (verses)

It should be "one of the longest" or just "the longest" Ibano19 (talk) 13:58, 29 May 2026 (UTC)
