Question regarding citation...

Regrettably, LATS uses Facebook as a website for the dissemination of their schedules in place of a standard website that is used by other transit agencies.

I'm under the impression that Facebook is NOT considered an adequate enough choice for a citation, but, it is an official source (and the only one for that matter) for the LATS system.

Would it be an exception to be usable?

Curious for an opinion on this...
