In my view the building is notable both culturally and historically. The cultural notability comes mainly from the buildings role as the location of various art exhibitions, TV-shows and theatrical plays, which will continue to take place in the building, thus increasing its notability as time goes by. The historical notability comes from the buildings long history as a locomotive work shop and storage, which spans over a hundred years. Aceman87 (talk) 20:10, 8 August 2017 (UTC)
