False claim of confusion

There's a claim here that the Spanish also planted Moscatel Negro in America, and that Listan Prieto might therefore be confused for it. However, this is false. The source specifically says they planted Muscat of Alexandria, which is a white or light colored grape. Moscatel Negro is never mentioned in the source at all, for any reason. If there IS a source showing that they planted Moscatel Negro, please provide it. TooManyFingers (talk) 05:24, 22 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

VIVC keeping two different records gets cited for why enough difference is to be assumed for treating them separately. And as VIVC does indeed keep separate records for clonal mutations, it should be a clear sign that they since have merged their entries on these ~~"two"~~ "three".
