Inclusion Criteria

As per WP:LSC all lists on Wikipedia must have clear selection criteria, but currently there is no such criteria for this list.

I propose this list adopt criteria 1 of WP:CSC

Every entry meets the notability criteria for its own non-redirect article in the English Wikipedia. ....
