The referenced used for Sum 41 does not include mention of the word "emo" or the genre at all. It describes the band as "pop punk."
I suggest Sum 41 be removed from the list entirely.
This is the entry in question:
Done You're correct, the existing source had no mention of emo and a quick search didn't show any RS's putting them in the genre. Removed. DrOrinScrivello (talk) 23:30, 26 March 2025 (UTC)

- Not yet. Bands or artists must have a Wikipedia page in order to be included on lists like this. They do not have one yet. Plus, a source calling them emo would be needed. Bowling is life (talk) 21:25, 9 August 2025 (UTC)
