Dairy supplies contract - Israel vs. Lebanon

I heard a theory that Israel attacked this factory, because of that competing dairy supplies contract with the UN. Well, i checked the quoted PDF (ASR_2004), and the Israeli dairy products company Tnuva is listed there as well as Liban Lait.

Can anyone please provide better sources for the issue?
