Etymology

Consider changing "such as Persian: قورمه ghormeh, Turkish kavurma" to "such as the Persian: قورمه ghormeh, the Turkish kavurma" since you already wrote "the Azerbaijani qovurma or kavarma"

"Korma has its roots" could be changed to "Korma stems from" or "Korma originates from" to be a little more straight to the point.

"with the rice" could be changed to "with rice" since while it does refer to the rice used in the dish "with rice" rolls of the tongue a little better.
