Issues with OpenStreetMap

I'm noticing two issues with the OpenStreetMap inclusion:

It's (I think) causing this article to show up twice in the GeoGroup for the station category, but the second instance has null coordinates: . The bug may well be upstream somewhere.
In the full-screen mode, two points aren't labeled at all, and two are labeled "crash site". It's unclear from the article text why this is so.
