Should this really be categorised as a bookshop in a particular country?

I see this is in the categories Bookshops of New Zealand, Bookshops of Australia etc. I would have thought those categories applied to physical bookshops located in the country in question, not an online bookshop. I'm trying to do a "Bookshops of New Zealand" project and having "Kobo" there looks out of place. Otherwise every company in Category:Ebook suppliers (Amazon and 50 others) should be be in every "Bookstores by country" category, which seems absurd. I will delete the local country categories but do point me to anywhere where this has already been discussed. — Giantflightlessbirds (talk) 22:48, 7 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
