Store count inconsistency

[edit]

The article previously gave three different figures for Khaadi's store count in the same rough period, none of which was fully reconciled:

  • Infobox: 63 stores (2022), uncited.
  • Lead/body: 60 stores in 30 cities within Pakistan, as of 2022, cited to a Startup Pakistan article.
  • History section: 57 retail outlets across Pakistan, per Dawn, dated 29 May 2022.

I have updated the infobox to 60 stores, aligning it with the cited Startup Pakistan figure in the lead. This still leaves a discrepancy with the 57-store figure reported by Dawn in May 2022, which may reflect genuine change within the same calendar year (store counts fluctuate) or imprecision in one of the sources. I have not attempted to pick a single "correct" figure between the two, since neither source is clearly more authoritative than the other. If anyone has access to Khaadi's own corporate disclosures, an annual report, or a later, dated press count, it would help resolve this and could replace the current infobox figure. Flagging per {{Citation needed}} in the interim rather than silently choosing one number. Crosji (talk) 04:55, 27 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
