Bias

[edit]

In my view the article demonstrates a bias in favor of the judge. She has been regularly reversed and with strong language that she incorrectly interprets the law. This article slants those errors in her favor. Let us hope that a judge supported by an empty suit (Casey) and a sophomoric slob (Fetterwoman - his description of himself) is blocked by 49 Republican Senators and Senator Manchin and other Democratic Senators threatened in the next election. 24.55.149.74 (talk) 18:57, 14 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Personal life

[edit]

There was concern about naming her (ex?) husband as he is a high-profile individual. However, the only reference I'm finding as to what he does/is is from a wedding announcement, when he worked for a nutrition company. There are high-profile people of that name, several with Wikipedia articles, but I see no sign that he is among them. -- Nat Gertler (talk) 15:01, 29 May 2025 (UTC)Reply

Agree, thanks. And I can't find any sources verifying that they are divorced. Marquardtika (talk) 15:31, 29 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
Yes, but I'm also not finding anything post-2015 saying that they are married. As such, I'll be removing the specific "-Present" from the claim of spousehood. -- Nat Gertler (talk) 16:31, 29 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
Good call, thanks. Marquardtika (talk) 16:48, 29 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
