I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: The two elections into scholarly societies described in the second paragraph of this stub appear to satisfy Criterion 3 of WP:NACADEMIC, but there is definitely room for article expansion, even just using the two sources already cited. A more thorough summary of Masselos' work would also help.
