I am the subject of this article and request that an uninvolved editor replace the current sentence about the film in the "Advocacy and education" section with:

The San Francisco Bay Times reported in 2008 that Burleton had earlier helped establish Trans Youth Family Allies. In 2007, she produced and directed Transgender Children—Out of the Shadows, a short film about transgender and gender-nonconforming young people.

The existing San Francisco Bay Times source supports that Burleton produced the film and describes its subject. A contemporaneous Just Out report says she directed the film and gives its full title. An academic source identifies it as a TransActive video from October 2007.
