Notability
[edit]While not all Rome Prize winner may be notable because some are early career, in this case Pinder has an extensive and high profile artistic career commenting on the Black experience. He is notable on that grounds as he is part of any conversation that explores these topics. Winning the Rome Prize puts the establishment imprimatur on his notabiltiy.
