On creating the article a note appeared saying that the article had previously been deleted in 2007, when the subject was probably not notable. However, he has now been appointed as Dean of a cathedral, with an article in Who's Who, etc., and has been featured in multiple news sources as a deliverance minister, so is clearly notable.
