Dad jailed
I just saw a clip of Foxx telling about his father being jailed for years over charges of usd25 worth of drugs. Surely such a thing is notable if it affected young Foxx's life? Kotz (talk) 06:42, 23 March 2023 (UTC)

Inconsistent age for his sister
Under legal issues: the article states that Deondra Dixon was 25 in April 2003.
Under Personal life: the article states that Deondra Dixon was 36 in 2020.

- I think whoever said she was 25 in 2003 was confused with his OTHER sister Deidra who was born August 1, 1977 according to this People article. https://people.com/all-about-jamie-foxx-sisters-8689744
- Deidra was born in 1977 and depending on the month, would have ben 25 in 2003. DeOndra was born in 1984 and would have been 36 in 2020. TheSamZzz (talk) 15:00, 17 December 2024 (UTC)

Not done: per Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons#Privacy of names (particularly in this footnote), names of minors with no Wikipedia article about them (non-notable minors) should in most cases not be mentioned in articles about notable family members (in this case Jamie Foxx), even if there's a source for it.
