In music, an irregular resolution is when one dominant seventh chord resolves irregularly into another.

Isn't this a circular definition? "An irregular resolution is a resolution that is irregular". What's irregular about it? — Gwalla | Talk 16:07, 8 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
