He istn't machting the formal criteria for de.wikipedia. He may become relevant as a writer in future. But making frequent contributions to German periodicals creates no relevance. Many writers are contributing to periodicals. Being writer is insufficient for being listet in de.wikipedia. It would be different if there would be any controbution from a sicentific or political importance, or if he would become professor.
