Hilter → Hilter, GermanyHilter, Germany – Hilter is a common typo/misspelling of Hitler, and Hilter is just a town of 10,000. Most people searching for Hilter are probably searching for Adolf Hitler. Reverted BOLD. Mast303 (talk) 16:02, 20 April 2025 (UTC)Reply

Leaning oppose: We don't normally move articles around just to accommodate typographical errors – especially an error as egregious as swapping the order of characters that are clearly pronounced in a name. The two terms look similar, but they are not the same, and "Hilter" is clearly not ever correct for Hitler. —⁠ ⁠BarrelProof (talk) 16:59, 20 April 2025 (UTC)Reply

Oppose per User:BarrelProof and User:Rafts of Calm. Even though "Hilter" might be a misspelling of "Hitler", it's not a plausible misspelling, as no one would actually think "Hitler" was spelled "Hilter", it is just a typographical error. This is not like the various English-language sources spelling his full name as "Adolph Hitler" when his actual full name has always been "Adolf Hitler". JIP | Talk 01:27, 21 April 2025 (UTC)Reply
