I started this Wikipedia page once I realized that Harold Jarvis had a page in the Discography of American Historical Recordings, but the link to Wikipedia was dead. So I supplied a bit of basic information. There is also a Wikipedia page about him in German, and a page of Canadian origin. I put those links on the article.
