[edit]If I have understood it correct, Hamon must be the son of Malger, Count of Corbeil, son of Richard I, Duke of Normandy. Jf. Annals and Antiquities of the Counties and County Families of Wales, s. 780. --Finn Bjørklid (talk) 14:15, 23 October 2017 (UTC)
- This is a late antiquarian invention, created so that the Granville family, linked to Hamon through another fraudulent connection, could claim to be rightful Counts of Corbeil. There is no evidence whatsoever to support this suggestion that Hamon was son of Mauger. Agricolae (talk) 15:50, 23 October 2017 (UTC)
